RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to accept for return, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
Once your email has been received, you will get a reply with further details on how to return your item either for an exchange or refund.You can only exchange your item for another size.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.
We do not offer returns on sales items.

All exchanges are based on stock availability

 

UK DELIVERY INFO


All orders are process within 1 to 3 working days.

Standard UK Delivery- £3.95. Delivered within 3 working days.

Next Day UK Delivery-4.95£ Delivered next working day if ordered before 12 am. Please note orders placed after 12 pm Friday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

We use UK Mail/Royal Mail and must be signed for. Please note UK Mail/Royal mail will not deliver on Bank Holidays.

Please provide your mobile number and email address at the checkout to be sent updates regarding your delivery.

Please note during busy sale periods order processing may take slightly longer.

We use a signed for delivery service. Someone will need to be in to accept your delivery.

If there is no one to sign for the delivery, a card will be left where you can arrange for re-delivery or to collect from the depot.

To minimise delays we recommend using your work address or an address where someone will be at home to sign for your package.

Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the states time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the delivery company.

Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original plus the return cost.

Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs in the case of refused deliveries.
 
 

USA DELIVERY INFO


All orders are process within 1 to 3 working days

Standard Delivery:  Delivered within 4 to 7 working days. Shipped via UPS.

UPS EXPRESS SAVER: Delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Shipped via UPS.

Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original cost plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. Grass-fields is not liable for payment of these charges and they must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, Grass-fields has no control over these charges and as they vary from country to country, we cannot advise you at checkout what these charges may be. We advise contacting your local customs office before placing an order for a customs estimate so you are not surprised by these charges when your parcel arrives.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking link to the relevant courier site via email. You should be able to track your order within 24 hours of it being shipped to monitor the progress.

If you haven’t received your order within the advised delivery time please contact our customer services team via [email protected]. Please note, any parcels not received must be reported within 5 working days of the order date. Any claims made after this point cannot be reimbursed.
