African Pride's New Naturals Range Is Your Next Haircare Obsession

Finding the right hair care products is not always easy for those with natural afro hair. Not only can natural hair come with stigma, finding appropriate products to treat it can be difficult - in more ways than one.

One hair care company, African Pride, has launched a new range specifically for natural hair that is particularly kinky and coily.

Based in Savannah, Georgia, African Pride has been producing hair care products for over 30 years. While they say their products are made to suit a range of textures, from natural to relaxed, African Pride wanted to bring out a range formulated specifically for kinkier textures. Named 'Moisture Miracle', the line is made up of 8 haircare and styling products, including shampoo, conditioner, oils, and curling cream.

Kendria Strong, African Pride's director of marketing, explained how the company developed the 'Moisture Miracle' line and chose which ingredients it would contain.

"When developing Moisture Miracle, we looked for quality ingredients that replenished, restored and retained a level of moisture that would provide kinky, coily hair textures with more manageability throughout the entire process of washing, styling and maintaining their hair," Strong said.

'Moisture Miracle' is available across selected Walmart stores and will be stocked in Dollar General from June. Discover all of the new line at African Pride's website.
