BLACK FRIDAY... It's Coming!

It's the moment you've all been waiting for... The Grass-fields Black Friday Sale is just around the corner! We know you're all dying to know what's in store for you, so we've compiled a list of all your burning questions below. It's going to be a big one, so get prepared by reading the below and start adding your favourites to cart.

 

What is your Black Friday discount?

You'll be finding out the exact discount VERY soon, so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox and our socials. What we can tell you right now is that there will be a base fixed discount for absolutely everything on the entire website. That's right, he whole website. That includes all the new arrivals that will be dropping too. Don't say we don't know how to treat y'all!

 

When does your Black Friday sale begin?

The sale starts 4pm GMT on Friday 27th November. To check your time-zone, click here and enter 4pm GMT and then your country of residence! Also, make sure you add it to your calendar: Google Cal or Apple Cal.

 

When does the sale end?

Okay, so we're not going to give absolutely everything away because we do have a couple more surprises up our sleeves ;) stay tuned!

 

Can we save items by adding them to our cart in advance?

Yes! And we advise doing this right now so you're ahead of the game and give yourself a better chance of getting your most loved items before they sell out, which there's a big chance they could. Please however do be aware that adding items to the cart does not ensure that they are reserved for you - it is a first come, first served basis so only by checking out can you ensure that you have secured them! We recommend not abandoning your cart - if you know you like the item, then it's best to purchase as soon as you can!

 

Will items be restocked during or after Black Friday?

This depends entirely item to item, but due to fabric limitations it is not likely, so purchase while you can!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes.

Can I return items bought in the Black Friday sale?

Due to COVID-19, we have extended our returns policy to 45 days and will only receive store credit in return - no full monetary refunds are given for sale items.

 

I placed multiple orders, can I combine them to save on shipping costs?

We are unable to combine shipping costs due to the logistics of our warehouse. We advise that you scan our whole site for the items you want to purchase before buying, to ensure that you don't miss anything!

 

How long will it take for my items to arrive? Is there a way I can ensure they arrive promptly?

Please click here to view our full delivery information. During sale periods, order processing times may take slightly longer. Standard UK delivery is 1 to 2 working days. Standard US delivery takes 7 to 14 working days. Please be aware that if you're wanting your items quickly, Fedex Express shipping will be available, which should take 3 working days, but could be up to 7 during busy periods.

 

I've sent a question to your Customer Service team and received no response - what do I do now?

We know it's frustrating, but please be patient - we will get round to your query! There is no need to send a follow-up message, we will work our way through all queries in a chronological order, so if there is a slight delay it's only due to an influx of requests. We are trying to minimise this by providing Live Chat options also. 

 

What's my size?

Please refer to our size guides by clicking here for any questions regarding sizing. Also, please be aware that once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the size - so make sure you check the size guides and select the correct sizes before placing your order.
