Everything You Need To Know For Black Friday | FAQ

This Black Friday, we are going bigger than ever before! With a huge fixed discount, we're sure that you're all super excited to get shopping, and also very curious about how it's all going to work! So we've compiled a list of all your burning questions, to hopefully make the process a little easier for you all.

 

What is your Black Friday discount?

50% fixed discount off the entire website. The whole website. Yes, that includes all the new arrivals that will be dropping on the Friday. And yes, it includes our coveted African Map sweaters. Don't say we don't know how to treat y'all!

 

When does your Black Friday sale begin?

The sale starts at midnight (12am GMT) on Friday 29th November. Due to timezone differences, this means it will be 7pm EST and 4pm PST on Thursday 28th. To check your time-zone, click here and enter 12am GMT and then your country of residence! 

 

When does the sale end?

While stocks last, but this is the biggest sale in Grass-fields history, so we wouldn't suggest hanging around!

 

Can we save items by adding them to our cart in advance?

We advise that items are added to carts in advance just so that you can see how many items you like, what the total cost will be etc.
However, adding them to the cart does not ensure that they are reserved for you - it is a first come, first served basis so only by checking out can you ensure that you have secured them! We recommend not abandoning your cart - if you know you like the item, then it's best to purchase as soon as you can!

 

Will items be restocked during or after Black Friday?

This depends entirely item to item, but due to fabric limitations it is not likely, so purchase while you can!

Can I cancel my order?

 Yes.

Can I return items bought in the Black Friday sale?

You may return items within 14 days but will only receive store credit in return - no full monetary refunds will be given, unfortunately!

 

I placed multiple orders, can I combine them to save on shipping costs?

We are unable to combine shipping costs due to the logistics of our warehouse. We advise that you scan our whole site for the items you want to purchase before buying, to ensure that you don't miss anything!

 

How long will it take for my items to arrive? Is there a way I can ensure they arrive promptly?

Standard Delivery to US takes 7 to 15 working days usually, but is likely to be longer during busy sale periods. We recommend choosing Fedex Express Delivery, which should take 3 working days, but may be up to 7 during Black Friday.

 

I've sent a question to your Customer Service team and received no response - what do I do now?

We know it's frustrating, but please be patient - we will get round to your query! There is no need to send a follow-up message, we will work our way through all queries in a chronological order, so if there is a slight delay it's only due to an influx of requests. We are trying to minimise this by providing Live Chat options also.
