The Black Girl Series - DATING

We have all been there on that awkward 1st date. Having no idea what to say, do or even don't know if the vibe is right! If you start dating very young you become more experienced and know what you want but are you prepared for the heartbreak?

At any age, it's very common for you to ask other girls for advice on your relationships or commonly 'situation-ships". Everyone has totally different experiences dating and getting different perspectives on dating is ok to understand where your potential bae is coming from.

When you first start dating it's okay to date for fun. It's perfectly fine to meet new people and get experience that you won’t be exposed to outside dating. It’s important to get to know what you like and don’t like so you can set standards for yourself or what you are willing to give up for the right person.

It's easy to get caught up in the moment when you have those "bae-goggles" on and nothing else seems to matter, but sis let me tell you TAKE THEM GOGGLES OFF because a clear head can help you make decisions that are best for you and see the relationship or lack thereof.

We asked one of our models for dating advice, here’s what she had to say:

"Always LISTEN TO YOUR GUT, your gut knows you better than you know you. You know the feeling, if it's right then go for it even if there have been arguments or whatever it is - if your heart comes back to it and you feel like it's the right one, go with it."

If there’s anything to remember from this blog is to always be yourself and speak up, no one can do you better than you or speak for you better than you. I always tell my friends don’t ever dim their light in a relationship because your light is what attracted them in the first place.

    Hello Miss, Sir

Would it be possible to know when the Khai dress will be marketed on your site in order to order it? if this was the case, do you think about restocking this dress?
