Returns for refunds
We are happy to accept returns, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
We have a return depots located in the UK and US making it easy to return your items.
Simply email us for the return address at email@example.com with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s).
Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Returns for refund will proceed within 5 working days of receiving the item, however card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This depends on their processing time and can vary greatly between card issuers. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to influence this.
We only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order.
Items advertised as Free shipping that are returned for refund will be charged a handling fee. For UK and Europe it is £5.95, for US it is £12.07£ and Australia it is £18
Items return for refunds will be charged a handling fee For Europe it is £8 and for the US it is £10.
Returns for exchanges
We do not cover your shipping cost back to us.
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Once your email has been received, you will get a reply with further details on how to return your item either for an exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.
We do not offer exchanges on sale items or items that have been promoted.
