All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days depending on how busy we are.
We use a signed-for delivery service. Someone will need to be in to accept your delivery, or a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or collect the item from the depot.To avoid this, we recommend using your work address as your delivery address.
Whilst we endeavor to deliver within the stated time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original cost plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. Grass-fields is not liable for payment of these charges and they must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, Grass-fields has no control over these charges and as they vary from country to country, we cannot advise you at check out what these charges may be. We advise contacting your local customs office before placing an order for a customs estimate so you are not surprised by these charges when your parcel arrives.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking link to the relevant courier site via email. You should be able to track your order within 24 hours of it being shipped to monitor the progress.
If you haven’t received your order within the advised delivery time please contact our customer services team via email@example.com. Please note, any parcels not received must be reported within 5 working days of the order date. Any claims made after this point cannot be reimbursed.
